The MDP1991 is a TO-220 packaged N-channel MOSFET, designed with advanced Trench technology by Magnachip. It offers low on-resistance ( R _DS(on) of only 5.9 mΩ ) and current handling up to 120 A , making it ideal for switching supplies, inverters, Class-D amplifiers, and electric vehicle BLDC controllers.
